The defintion of the project:
The construction of tram cars at the Bombardier Transportation GmbH requires highest precision and the fulfillment of diverse quality and security certificates that do not exist normally in a company.
Our solution:
The OMEGA, the GEMAG and the LOV produce together all required welded products for railcar bodies, internal assembly and thermal housing. The Production Network takes over and is in charge for a complex process chain from the cutting, edging, welding and blasting via the measurement and complete processing until the colouring with environmentally friendly wet and powder coatings. The check protocols that are registered in the ERP-system DELECO® quality management are archived in the document management and kept for later analyses.
